Chicken eggs are the most important cooking ingredient with rich protein and calcium. It can be consumed by all humans eggshells disposed as a waste material to environment. These materials directly in environment without any pre-treatment which creates environmental pollution its microbial action. Nowadays, researchers converting these into valuable biomaterials. More than 2.2 million people worldwide undergo bone transplantation each every year. Surgery needs repair large critical-size defects accidents, traumas, diseases. Hydroxyapatite is biomaterial that similar mineral component of mammalian bones it also used replace damaged well coating on various implant enhance growth prosthetic implants orthopedic, dental maxillofacial reconstruction applications. The present investigation synthesize CaO from different calcinations temperature 400° C – 900° via solid state reaction method. resulting employed primary source for production HAp biomaterial; environmentally friendly increases life span host. synthesized characterized FTIR, XRD Thermogravimetric differential thermal analysis.
